Child Protection Policy
Children are the most valuable assets of society. Our school has taken comprehensive measures to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of every child on campus.
Identity Cards
Identity cards with the child's information and photograph are issued to all students from Class I. Wearing the ID card daily is mandatory. In case of loss, a duplicate card is issued immediately with enhanced verification protocols.
CCTV Surveillance
Closed Circuit Cameras are installed across the campus to ensure a safe, secure, and healthy environment for students at all times. Our 24/7 monitoring system covers all common areas, entrances, and exits with regular security audits.
Infirmary & Medical Care
The school provides first-aid facilities for injuries or sudden illness. Parents are informed immediately. On the boarding campus, qualified medical staff is available round-the-clock for medical assistance with direct access to nearby hospitals.
Regular Communication
We emphasize proactive communication through regular phone follow-ups and digital updates to keep parents informed about their child's well-being and academic progress. Our dedicated parent liaison team ensures transparent and timely information sharing.
Visitor Management
For hostel students, visitor details including relationship and contact numbers are recorded in advance. Visitor names must be registered by parents at the time of admission. All visitors must present government-issued ID and wear visitor badges while on campus.
